Welcome to BenkiSzn. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and BenkiSzn ("the Service").

Our "AI Tutor" and related features utilize artificial intelligence (specifically Large Language Models) to generate content.

• **Accuracy:** AI can produce "hallucinations" or inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated explanations against your course materials.
• **Academic Integrity:** You agree not to use BenkiSzn to generate essays or complete assignments in a manner that violates your institution's plagiarism or academic honesty policies. BenkiSzn is designed for understanding, not submission.

Free Trial: New users are entitled to a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, access to all platform functions will coincide. You will not be able to access your dashboard, subjects, or study tools until a subscription is activated.

Payments: Subscription fees (R150/month) are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to upload any content (syllabus documents, notes) that contains:

• Private or confidential information of others.
• Malicious code or viruses.
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
